I'm guilty as well. As a matter of fact, I did it last night. I went in and took a shower though. I was getting back at a idiot who cut me off on the highway a few minutes earlier. He swerved in front my truck, with about a foot to spare, and then the SOB had th ordasity to slow down as well. I beat him to the pilot off I-71 in Ohio, where there was only one fuel aisle left. Super sma truck stop, so there where others in the other aisles sleeping away in their 10. I fueled up, pack my shower bag and jumped out to refresh my body as if he wasn't even sitting there. When I came back out, he was crying like a girl to the manager. Who replied to him... "Sir, there's another Pilot on the other side of the highway. LMAO! Payback is a MOTHA!

Typical Pilot management attitude. If you don't like the way they are (not) doing their job go elsewhere.

Same here I would do that, if I was going to be just a minute or 2 but if I thought it would be longer I park.

Yes I can see you doing that but when he takes off it does not drop but when he back on the road it does in front of your family which ends up bad sight. Something to think about...

I fueled once at a FlyingJ and was inline to get my ticket. The driver behind me started calling the front desk wasting her time so it took longer for me to get my ticket and be gone. When I got out there to leave I started to laugh at the guy still fueling.. I told him he did not help wasting her time, I would been gone 10 minute prior but he kept on crying about me instead of fueling..

I carry one of those orange construction cones. I pull up to whatever fuel island is open, put the cone behind my trailer, grab my shower bag then head into the shower. When I'm done and walk back to my truck I pick up the cone, drop my bag of garbage at the fuel island, then leave.

Lmfao ! thats a good one, but if I saw you put the cone out there for sure your trailer would break free right there and your air lines and light cord would slam the back of your cab IF you didnt check your fifth wheel pin..lol
