Windshield damage from thrown object

When and if they catch these small minded people, tie their feet up and hang them over the "Over Pass".

What is it with some people's kids.

Catch and turn them over your knee and blister their "Backsides".

What is that saying about "Sparring the rod and spoiling the child".

I would say there is not enough LOVE in those people's lives that are doing that crap.

 

Reminds me of news of some kids throwing bricks over the overpasses a long time ago.

Society's been over-protective toward kids sometimes. Some physical punishment are necessary when appropriate! Now beating a kid for the slightest mistake is wrong and is child abuse, but some mistakes deserve a beating! Better that than the kid grow up to be a menace to society.
