Oh darn,wrong kind of log!

If you get delayed at a shipper for more than 2 hours (or close to 8), it is often best to log a split sleeper berth (drive 4 hours, stop 2, drive 7, stop 8, drive 4... & so on).
Also, due to the mandated 30-minute rest break, there are many run windows in which a split sleeper results in the fastest transit time (for instance any load requiring 16-20hours of drive time will get there fastest using split sleeper.
0-11 hours drive time: 10hour fasest
11-16: same provided 10 taken @/before 8-hour mark
16-20: split sleeper fastest
20-22: 10hour fasest
22-24: same
24-30: splitDoneYourWay Thanks this. -
It is so much fun the first 8 days of a new month to watch them when I ask "Which one??"
