They finally offered me a load, it picks up tomorrow morning at 7:30 in Longview, WA at Norpac, it says to have less than half a tank of fuel and I have 3/4 but the DM told me to accept it anyway since sometimes the messages say its heavy and ends up being 20k lbs. Its a nice run to Wisconsin 2086 paid miles based on the QC and delivers the 26th so 4 days to do it.

Sitting in Jonestown still. I've been here since Friday waiting for my B service to get done, and I don't have a lot of hope that they'll be done today. I've been getting really frustrated over the past few weeks. Miles have been bad, I've been having issues with the shop costing me miles and money, I've been showing up to receivers only to have to sit on a load forever because the CSR screwed up (got stuck sitting on a 300 mile load for two days because the CSR screwed up and they wouldn't release me from the load, losing a 1300 mile back up load to TX in the process), etc. Not a happy camper right now.

Small little truck stop in Flatonia, TX. They have a buffet in here and to go is $6.99. Food is not that bad. The owner told me to help myself and he will charge me for what I actually take. He saw what I had in my to go carton, $3.00. Asked if it was okay and not too much. Heck, I would have paid the full price. Mac 30 is coming up right now crap. A Houston load, heavy, pu in morning and get it to Topeka by Tuesday morning, 715 miles. Then two loads out of Beaumont, 1 going to KC for Wednesday morning, 700 miles. Go figure, they want one in Topeka Tuesday and almost the same miles, Wednesday. Then one other out of Beaumont going to Cicero, 1k miles for noon on Wednesday. Almost jumped on that one, but did not like the del time, 0615. I am sure that it is a Plus 1.

yeah mine delivers at 0700 on friday, I will try to get as close as I can the night before and then finish the last few miles that morning, not sure if there are any truck stops close to Burlington, WI yet, guess I need to pre trip some. A little less than 2100 miles so if I can average 600 miles a day I can get there a half day early, shut down for 10 and then finish it. Im not too familiar with the terrain going from Washington to Wisconsin but I assume there are some mountains along the way so will see how far I get each day.

    thanks dp

I need to get routed back towards home but only need to take a day off to get some prescriptions and parts for my cpap machine since my mask got itself a nice hole recently, will they work with you on getting a route through your home or do I have to submit hometime? I dont want to do hometime just yet since I plan on taking 3-4 days off around August 23rd for my anniversary and if I put hometime for the 5th then thats kinda close to get those days off too right?

I figure if this load drops on the 26th in Wisconsin then its 2k miles back to home so would take probably at least a week for them to get me there, guess I could submit the hometime request and then just call my DL and explain tomorrow what im trying to do.
