walk away from lease

I hear ya,but going thru life without good credit is hard and just really stressful. Anyone with good credit has had all those things,and most of the time with just a signature. But if you are able to do it without it more power to you.

 

The time to walk away would be "BEFORE" you sign ANY lease..

 

I bought mine outright,and still took time off to try the "company driver thing" all though I worked my butt off and paid it off before I did that

why walk away from what you invested time and money in. nine times out of ten he just doesn't know how to run his business and just want to quit. sorry don't do it. stick with it figure out what you are doing wrong or can do better. everyone likes to blame the company but all these companies are the same in way.

Why walk away you ask..um maybe because he hasnt gotten a pay check in a month and he's tired of working for free or better yet working and still owing more money than he generates..

 

Probably not, I wouldn't. If I can't understand a contract, I don't sign it, period.

There is no reason for a lease contract to not be written in plain English. If it's not, it's a bad lease deal. If you need a lawyer to explain it to you, either it's a bad lease deal or you shouldn't be signing contracts. Contracts are for adults capable of understanding them.

If you can't read it because you're blind, then have it read to you word for word, then make sure you have someone else do the driving.

 

Lease truck, company truck, you can walk away, just do it the right way, whether you feel the screwed you or not, you park it somewhere other than at there place of business, that's abandonment, and it will go in your record, and could cost you a job that you might want in the future, plus they will come after you for recovery fees, don't kill your credit, because it will reflect on it, Protect your DAC, your license, credit score, Because it will all come back to haunt you
