Just giving a short introduction, im new to the site/forum..attending Roadmasters atm out of Indianapolis, Indiana, should be graduating next week and heading to Greely Colorado to attend JBS carriers orientation/6-8 week training before i hit the road as an otr driver. if you have any advice or anything i could potentially benefit from knowing , by all means give me a hollar!![]()

hey thank you brother, im going to need it...heard some good and some bad, so we will see what happens. i have a friend who runs reefer would love to get on with them but their insurance needs me to have 2 years experience

Sooo, im going to hit the road in warm and sunny Colorado haha...
we would love to find a gig in Texas or north/south Carolina but JBS was one of the only companies willing to foot the bill for school with my credit being some bad. -

yea i kind of figured it wouldnt be rainbows and butterflies lol...im lookin at possibly my first winter driving and in mountains on top of that...trying not to get too ahead of myself but if i get my training out of the way and start solo runs i will be a few months into it when winter strikes.
i will just have to bear through it

I'm with a small Flatbed Company out of Dodge Center,MN called Freerksen (pronounced) FEARKSEN Trucking. And quite happy there I might add..

i thought about trying to go with TMC but couldnt get financed for them, i know they offer percentage and good benefits, i know its tougher work unloading and loading, but hell i need exercise.
ill keep an eye for ya when i hit the road
