Roehl Driver Check In Continued

Sounds like my pick up today. Be 15 mins early they say. Came in an hour early, now was told expect to be here close to 6 hrs by another driver. Fun times.

 

I got my launch load for tomorrow. Picking up next door at GP for a 0600 delivery in Pleasant Prairie on Thursday. My FM told me after that they will work on getting me to Gary so I can turn the truck in.

 

Cedar river MI, pulling a fing van. thank god i dont have the hours to deliver this box to Des Moines. Drop it in Schofield when my ten hour break is up. Than grab a empty flat to go swap with a preloaded flat to go back to the UP of Michigan.

At least this van trailer pulls nice, tandoms dont slide to well though.

30 minutes left on my 70 and only get back 6 and half at midnight yay. But the following day i get back almost 11. Should be home friday hopefully,

 

Launch load from Columbus tomorrow to St Louis for 0400 cons live hand unload next morning. Done this before and it's always four hours for the entire trailer when they hand pack it and then have to unload by hand. Detention...

 

Country Express t/s off 43 De Pere. Pick up here in the AM then off to Iowa city, then home!

 

Launch in the am, heading to L'anse.

 

In Jackson, OH woke up and can't fall back to sleep darn it all finishing up a over 1000 mile flatbed run.....

 

At the Hook I295 x2c Carneys Point NJ. Sitting in Denny's looked out the window and on their Roehl truck sitting there.

 

At a Casey's in Cedar Rapids, IA. Drop in Iowa City in the morn, then pp to De Pere, WI for next monday. Finally some home time for the weekend.

 

Effingham J. Shipper was 8 hrs behind loading trailers this morning so 14 limited my progress. I should have called in to check on it before leaving home, but the phone number was wrong on the load assignment anyway.
