When I use 'mate' it's usually as a verb!

 

Sliding tarp truck got into a fenderbender with four wheeler. Been watching on the news. I believe his load came unsecured cuz I can see the tarp sticking out on the drivers side the whole time and various LEOs and people keep coming to look at it. I guess a wrecker with a crane might show up.

 

Hopefully not when there are two guys in a truck

I'm home once again. Have 2 30' steel beams on for delivery either tomorrow or Friday. Got a small LTL lined up coming back to IN and hopefully be able to put something with it. Freight sure did take a crap this week????

 

Well kicked off my Indy. ld.
Went to the east side and found a somewhat quiet place. Not stupid enough to park at exit 4 off 465.
So far no lds. worth hauling.. Caught another broker double brokering a ld. and the ld. is not even ready to pick up yet. Maybe Monday before it's ready. Found the true broker on it and they said it might ship Monday. They were calling to find out for sure. Funny thing I was just there about 3 weeks ago. That's how I kinda thought it was being double brokered..

 

I always would park at the TMC terminal there at exit 4, much better then those truck stops. It was quiet back there and they had a couple cars you could take to go get food or whatever.

 

Well I got food in the trk. So that's good.
The lot here is starting to fill up, but I believe I'm in a safe spot. Knock on wood..
Saw one of your old company's trk. today on I74 that had a opps. Looks like he hit a guard rail with the lead axle of the trl.
So the right side looked like a closed tandem and the left side was a really wide spread.

So how is your new job working out ofr you?

Made it home from ND and got my trailer dropped off to be loaded. I'm headed out for cold refreshments and all you can eat wings.
