In over my head... Help?

    I believe you would need experience with Central first.. Then lease a truck.. Show you have a good service record and no accidents.. Go thought their training.. Then you can train. Or something along those lines...

    I believe six months with the company, lease, clean driving record and at least one winter driving experience, again with Central. Then you can train. I you're a trainer for another company or you're an experienced driver there are always ways around the normal requirements, but this is just what I was told when I looked into it last year. Solo lease is hard as hell but if you work your tail off you can make it work here just as well as anywhere else... I've survived the last 8 months as a single L/O! (Side note there were days I wanted to drive my truck off a short pier, lol. But I'm still rockin on down the road.
