System Transport, Good or bad company?

I just tried to get hired with system transport, they told me I needed 100,000 miles to join them. Good luck if you just got your cdl.

You guys have to remember there not going to throw you on flat bed without miles under your belt.

They may throw you into reefers or dry van. But the system transport side you need miles.

 

The only miles they require before throwing you on flat bed is 8 weeks with a trainer and a road test afterward... at least that's the case with all the students they pluck out of their own CDL school.

Not sure why they passed you over. Was the option not given to go out with a trainer?

Maybe they only want drivers with no miles and drivers with 100000+ miles... nothing in between.

 

Ya, I'm not sure what the deal was. All I know is, ME NOT GETTING HIRED WITH SYSTEM.... lol...

She told me it had nothing to do with anything else but miles driven. So, who knows. Maybe all the training with CDL graduates was full. Im not sure.

I should of said, well I know FwL... lol... Maybe that would of got me threw the door.

 

I understand Apergis Transportation is a tough company to work for, but I don't know that for a fact. They're in Tacoma.
