Do you know any of these other schools out there? I am having a hard time finding any. Any information you provide would be very helpful.

I'm in the same boat...looking and researching but hard to find solid info on whats what. I've learned so far that most companies want you to have experience. Training schools are a ripoff and I'm looking at the Independent Dispatcher vs. Agent difference now. Please keep us posted on what you find and I will do the same!!

    Thanks
    Todd

Do your homework BEFORE signing up with any broker school! Call around and see who will hire you as an agent with NO experience. You will find the answer is just about NOBODY! Then just about your only option is to go to work as an agent for the company that runs the school. You may want to change your career plans.

I like to combine both the educational aspect and actual experience. If you could get a part time job and do the course at the same time from a reputable school that has proven results it will be helpful. At the end of the day business is really not about how truck loads you do its about how you help your customers. I would recommend that you also speak to well established broker for some know how to really make it in the industry. I hope what I've said makes sense.

If any off you need help getting into brokering let me know i may be able to help. It will not cost you a dime. Let me be honest this is a brutal job you can go weeks making no money when you start. Never mind what all the drivers say about brokers it is a hard way to make money. But on the up side you can make good money and be home every night and work right from home. Like i say i will help you if you like just email me and i will get back to you .
