SMD, if you ask that in Cali, don't do it. Yea several days of reading. Permits, ect. CHP or worse DOT gets you, you will be in debt for years.

Sarcastically or seriously?.... I already got it picked up in Richmond yesterday I'm almost in slc. No one said I needed anything special to haul it. They were more concerned that I was in flip flops and no safety glasses then they were about my information.

This provision does not apply to transportation by vessel or aircraft, except where other means of transportation is impracticable.

    (2) The requirements in this subchapter do not apply to a material classed as a combustible liquid in a non-bulk packaging unless the combustible liquid is a hazardous substance, a hazardous waste, or a marine pollutant.
