Auburn, Wa at the Star dealer where I bought the truck.
Was having issues with the fridge only getting down to @43 degrees and never turning off due to it not reaching temp.
After some fiddling around, NovaKool who made the fridge said "send it back, we'll fix it FOC". No good to me as I have to load tomorrow and get to SD. Daimler are trying to just get me the newer model fridge FOC, but wont find out till tomorrow, which is too late to overnight it to us!
Dealer said they will send one to my house if need be, and are going to fight for them just sending me a freebie fridge.
Tech found a rubber pad missing from the clutch pedal, causing it to rattle. Instead of just gluing a bit of rubber to it, they are getting me a whole new clutch pedal overnighted, along with a clutch switch because "May as well replace both of them for free"!
Apart from the fridge crap, which is totally out of these guys' control, this dealer (www.Thetruckshop.Net) can not do enough to help a customer out.
Load tomorrow in Tacoma then get outta dodge.

I am going to ask a hypothetical question. IF he had a sliding tandem on the trailer and closed it up would he still have 45,000 and change on the rear or would it push more weight to the drives?fisher guy Thanks this.

Nevermind, the front axle would have to slide backwards. Usually the back axle slides forward.

Troutdale, OR at the TA. Kick off my little excavator in Portland bright and early then up to Aberdeen to kick off the skidder. Then I get to go load in Tacoma with Martin, but I have two LTL's to pick up on my way across WA. One drop in SD and two in MN.
