I'm getting my first one in since the new law. 51 hours to get a 34 in since I got in at 2am. I had only ran 1 run ever on a recap before this month.

I all depends on your shift. I get a 58-60 hour reset every week. I also work 60-70 hours in five days too.

The optional time to start your reset is 1900, that way immediately after the second 1-5 AM period is up, you can start rolling. My mega reset will come after working 70 hours in 7 days. It's fine to recap, just make sure those first couple days are big number days to fool around with later in the week. My first recap number is a 6. Not so much.

Also would like to add that keeping your mind occupied helps. I listen to a lot of podcasts & audiobooks; and when I get tired of boring talking, I put on my favorite tunes.... before I know it the sun is out again. Sometimes it's refreshing to drive nights

Drink lots of energy drinks, coffee, take b-12 vitamins, and caffeine pils all at the same time. You'll see sounds and hear colors

Pop the straps on the hood. Flashlite on my neck. Oils good, coolant is good. Drop the hood, turn off the flashlite. After 20 years or so, you will just feel this. 20 years from now, Wow. that old Dude was right. Lol

I believe if I was still driving, I'd be looking at using one of those lights that attaches to your head, or to your hat. Seems like it would make those night time pre and post trips, sooooooo much easier!

Know your post is way to funny, and accurate. I can't teach a kid about a beer can stove. Don't think it's on oogle. Might be on flower girl. 207 leds all at once. Looked bright.

Sure hope I can buy a hat that supports them. Being able to see at night is great. Old drivers never had that before. We had to relie on sound. Thump the tires meant something. :)
