I also have a degree in IT, I got sick of toting a laptop around to get out from my desk. 10 yrs in the Infantry, and it was all I could do to keep getting contracts in my area. They no longer hire regular full time IT, they offer contracts at various lengths in time frame. But for me it was more of another skill set that I could possibly add to my resume, then I fell in love with it. I too had my CDL school paid for by the county as a disabled vet, and this is what I have been doing for the last 2+ yrs. Be safe out there because your family and my family travel the same roads.....
