New O/O here and that means I'm going to be doing my own taxes for the first time. I've done my taxes on my last business, but just wanted to ask the community a few questions about expenses. Are all my expenses deductible? Fuel, maintenance, tolls, etc....Are all those deductible when I file my taxes? Is there any type of expense that isn't deductible?
Is there anything else about taxes that a first timer should know, but might miss?
