What I suggest you do is practice by sitting up some cones the width of a normal trucking spot in a wide open parking spot. Practice there until you feel comfortable and then practice in the Werner yard. When you first start backing Get Out and LOOK often. If the trailer is not going where you want it in the begining, it is not going to get better as you keep backing. STOP and get the trailer started in the correct place before you get in too deep. Watch for tail swing, it is what gets most new drivers. Werner has great videos on the driver education portal. Watch them over and over, take notes, then go try it.
