Wish you the best, but there is one in Tampa, Florida if that is closer. I go but I opted to go out of state since they have housing and fasfa aide for everything with payment deferments up to 2 years.

Pre-hires don't matter much, in the grand scheme of things, sorry. They are litterally given to almost every person who applies, its when the rubber meets the road (orientation), that they will tell you that they can't hire you. Thus leaving you sometimes hundredsd of miles from home, on your own dime. With no way home, and no job...
Also, its not only what you were charged with.
Its also that they will, I repeat WILL, look at this with reckless in mind. Since in 99% of states, this is a careless\reckless charge, especially in a commercial vehicle.
You may not like to read this, but the truth is what it is. You have a long road ahead of you, and will need to prove to potential employers that your fast days are behind you. This can be accomplished by letting more time pass until those tickets are completely off your record, and you haven't accrued any more. -
Your very welcome.

It's a lot of money to spend believing people that want you in their school. Talk with the people that do the hiring. It would be smart to know before you spend a dime.angelique Thanks this. -
It's ten years back, there is a 3 year and then a 7 year in the regs, combining to the 10 years of employment.
By the way, the regs say three years back for the MVR but there are companies that will check your record back farther than that and can tell you nope, won't hire you.
NO matter 51 over the speed limit should be an automatic felony and a loss of the license with no chance of a CDL.misterG and skootertrashr6 Thank this. -
I thought 51 over WOULD be an automatic loss of license
. atleast it would be here in NC
-
It should be in all fifty without a choice for the cop discretion or the courts for that matter.
