Hi guys, I got my CDL on Monday, I'm looking for a company to work for were I can finish my training and get some miles under my belt. I live in the Chicagoland area and am looking for a company that could get me home on weekends. So far I have Roehl and Millis Transfer. I wonder if TMC might be an option. I would love to do flatbed, but it seems with the others, I would have to to vans to stay regional...

Is this even feasible with TMC????

TMC could get you home weekends, your list is the same as mine was. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them 3. However I don't know if Millis accepts new cdl holders unless they go through their school. Something to check into. I know that Maverick Transportation can also get you home weekends and they do not require schooling.

    Chinatown and RERM Thank this.

I must say, I kinda like the fact that their HQ is relatively close to Chicago(330 miles or 4-5hour drive time)...
