That was 20 years ago; he did a lousy job of recruiting. JB Hunt still needs drivers. Even today, if you get with the wrong carrier the pay will still be at the same levels as 20 years ago.

I made a bit more than that my first yr with PAMela so I can see how it still is possible...

.175 cents per mile teaming/.24 solo ...
