Heck, its fixed now and it was a good day of driving. Im over it. Was frusterated yesterday. I get antsy sitting in the truck bored. Couldnt think of anything better to do than gripe. Get into TN tomorrow, I like it there. Nice scenery.

 

Also here's a tip when those dvirs show up and it does OOS call sem to see why, most of the time it's just a annual dot inspection that was completed and not updated. I picked up a old ### trailer today all the clearance lights on back of trailer were missing. Lucky shipper was nice enough to move product over to another trailer.

In all seriousness though, ouch. Hope everyone was ok.

 

Started my day in Fernley, NV today.

Drove to Sacramento CA on the I-80 for a 2 stop live unload.

Drove up the 99 to Chico CA for a live load.

Drove right back to Fernley, NV for the night, headed to Denver for a Monday 5 am live unload.

Only 442 miles today.

Saw a triple tanker that had collided with a motorcycle on I-80 east of Reno. One lane was closed and traffic backed up for 5 miles. Motorcyclist was on shoulder and tanker hit him. Body was in road covered with a sheet when I drove by.

Be safe out there.

 

Happens allot doesnt matter the company, dam four wheelers have no respect. Had one in rush hour this morning pass on the shoulder on I65 in Louisville Kentucky. Doing all sorts of fish tailing. When they did get in front he as running 87 mph thats just insane in rush hour.

I have had 4 wheelers try to pass me on the right while I was turning like that before. Almost caught one of them but I saw him at the last minute.

 

I wouldn't be in a good mood either having to sit around Obetz in that crap hole. Notice how the a/c in the drivers lounge doesn't really work and It smells like lot lizard arse in there?

 

It is very hard to keep a constant eye on that right side mirror when making a right turn into the flow of traffic. Those #### 4 wheelers only need 1 second to come up under the trailer like that. I hope the driver of that 4 wheeler was cited because he clearly can't read that big sticker on the back of the trailer door telling them clearly to stay the ###### back
