CH Rates? Getting Any Better?

Speaking as a CH broker, it is all about the relationship you establish. I personally work with plenty of Drivers, O/O, bigger carriers and as soon as it is proven they can do the work, make it to pickups on time and make OTD, i am more than willing to do favors for them and get them the best rates possible. I had a single carrier pull 86 loads of watermelons for me over 2 months and every time he got his asking price or very close to it. It started out as a couple of loads per week and hasdeveloped into multiple loads per day. I also have an O/O and his wife whom i book at least 2 or 3 short haul loads per week, and i go out of my way to find them the best laods for their schedule. No one at C.H. is paid ona commission scale, it doesnt matter what i book you for cost wise. Maybe it is the drivers with poor attitudes and short fuses who are treated poorly and you need to adjust your attitudes. Everyone i work with has a few big cariers and many small 1-3 man O/O crews. These carriers get better paying loads because they have put in the work, have been coureous and patient and have developed a relationship with their broker. You cant expect to be paid what you think is fair on every load, when you are dealing with a service that has an elastic market.

Hemmmmmmm I wonder why would these poor attitude Drivers have such a nasty habit is it because they don't bend over as often as you like them to

Since when attitude have anything to do with fright Ratesis it part of CH Crapinson Broker agreement that Independent Contractors must Lick your Brass ones before and after each and every Load

So tell me All Mighty Guardian of Fairness Who pays the fuel bills on each and every load CH Crapinson Books For Us Further more who has to wait to get paid to get their money 30 days after delivery interest Free or get a whopping charge to get paid with comm data for the money they loaned you To haul Your Freight

I suppose we R just a nasty bunch of poor mischief's that keep coming back to the same snake hole hoping that you just have it in you not to keep biting us over &over&over againI wonder how much money does CH Crapinson Borrow each and every day from us nasty disgusting poor attitude Drivers to haul their freight?

Is that what they teach in schools these days ? Stick your finger up your crack and taste it and if it tastes like it's magically delicious it must be really is.

Why are you paying to send in bills? Fax them... Just saved you $30, you're welcome! Attitude is everything when it comes to getting better rates, i definitely puck favorites for who i book on what and for what pay. Because they have business skills! Something you must have skipped while you were learing fonts, colors and smileys! As Almighty Guardian of Fairness I would suggest that if you find yourself getting bitten, and you continiue to go back, than you have no one to blame but yourself. It is very simple. It's funny how extremely angry you got from a post about how a few carrier got in well with me and are now compensated handsomely.

I dont understand how I am biting the hand that feeds me but I would also suggest a spell check after every irrational rant so you dont look any more insane.
