celedon or prime?

I would choose Prime because the company has refrigerated, flatbed, tanker divisions. You can change divisions without going through the hiring process over again. Plus Prime pays you $600.00 a week while in training, instead of you paying them.

 

One of the other gals on here was running for a smaller company that was bought by Celedon... she lasted for 4 months before she quit. Could not say enough bad things about them.

 

Celadon all day good benefits and best vacation package and your truck wont be going only 58mpg lol .. And dont lease.

 

Have you considered any other companies ?

So many options are available.

 

If you're broke, the only ones I can think of : Prime, Central Refrigerated and Swift & in that order. If I'm not mistaken, you need some cash for any other schools. Prime would be my first choice, then Central Refrigerated, then Swift.

 

Are you aware of the grants available?

Also, ask about programs available thru your state.

 

Celadon also has reefers their pro stars are 012 to 013 team drivers gets a sign on bonus singles don't your miles will very been with them since Nov they also go into Canada. which can be a real pain cause everything you have to b4 getting to the border.
