Not true, there have been instances out there already that have leaned heavily into this being false. Guys were getting coaching on their driving without any major instances happening. Unless they are labeling every bump you hit out there a critical event this shouldn't be happening if what was said was true about how these cameras where going to work. Also there are a fair amount of drivers that drive short haul trucks where the sleeper is basically the cab with the camera invading any privacy whatsoever in those trucks. However it comes down to, they are Millis's fleet and have the right to add any equipment or programs to their trucks, but in the same token a driver has the right to look at other options if they so desire. There is no reason for any driver to get upset over the camera, they should just be looking at what their options may be if they don't like the idea is all. Trucking is at the point where insurance is the decision making for these companies and it doesn't seem like it will change anytime soon.
