Reverse the Hours of Service Bill.

there was a bill to be introduced by the republicans to withhold funding on the new HOS, but it was withdrawn before it had a chance to be discussed or voted on.

 

I recieve a news letter in my email and with in the last one I did read that a congressman was puting a bill together that would go back to the HOS like they were a month ago I cant remember the name of website but next I get news letter I will find it and post link its very true though.

I know artical said they probally wouldnt get to voting on it til oct because congress is only working 9days in sept

The new rules are a joke and are hurting us specially night drivers.

 

Considering that it took them over 6 years to come up with this and that it has lost every challenge in court, I would suggest not holding your breath.

This is very simialar to what I read but now they are saying it was pulled the one I read didnt say that

There is a move to amend the HOS but nothing will happen until this fall and even then it still has to be accepted, voted on and passed. It's not a given, it's simply an introduced amendment to rescind the new HOS regs.
