    We get dispatched to loads that were canceled a lot. Shipper will tell us they notified USX. USX then will take hours to figure it out.

    I've said it before and will say it again.
    The USX "system" puts the driver behind the eight ball every time.

    If the load planner screws up, it costs the driver money.
    If the shipper screws up, it costs the driver money.
    If the receiver screws up, it costs the driver money.
    If anyone, at any time screws up, it will cost the driver money.

    Now I know this is the same for other companies, BUT it just seemed to happen a lot when I drove for USX.
    And they couldn't friggin care less.

    Right....70 for lease trucks 64.5 for company trucks. Why? because USX doesn't care if the lease drivers spend more on fuel, they do care that the freight gets there faster.

    it's up to the lease drive to go what speed they want to... if they want to be dumb and do 70 that's up to them.... the smart ones don't
