trailer hand brake valve? how do you plumb air lines?

just like the title states I got a truck that came with what looks to be optioned WITHOUT a hand brake trailer valve, I would like to add one and wanted to know how and were do the air lines go plumbed to and from.

if anyone has info on doing this it would be greatly appreciated.
