Check out the pics of a white Dodge pickup that slammed into the back of a big blue screw truck:

Two wrecks, one of them a fatal crash, are snarling traffic Wednesday morning on Interstate 45 north of Houston.
A big rig rolled over and caught fire about 4:20 a.m. on the southbound lanes of I-45 near FM 830, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. All southbound lanes were shutdown as crews cleared the scene. Deputies said the truck hit the median and toppled over. No injuries were reports. Hazmat crews were sent to the scene.
Closer to the Houston, another big-rig wreck happened about 3:30 a.m. on the southbound North Freeway near FM 1960, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. One person died in the crash. It appeared the driver of a white pickup slammed into an 18-wheeler.
The wreck forced officials to block three southbound lanes while crews cleared the scene.

Now that Werner driver is going to have a fatality on his PSP report even though, from what it appears, he had nothing to do with it and wasnt at fault, again from what it appears.
I hope his company doesn't have a 'sitting duck' policy

Geez that is horrible! Sad sad sad!!! What in the world are you supposed to do if you break down? I suppose I will call for a tow ASAP and call cops to come and park behind me with disco lights on. Triangles would've never helped that pickup driver! Looks like they never hit the brakes!
Terrible situation for all involved!!! :-(

Wouldn't doubt it if the pickup driver was DWI. Harris county leads the nation in DWI fatalities.
