    New(ish) driver (5mos. OTR, clean record + good work history), looking for work that either lets me sleep in my own bed at night, or at least in it once a week or so. Any good to great companies in Northern Cal that may be hiring? I'm out on the road at the moment, or I'd be looking in person.

    Any tips, advice, or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

    You leave in Sonora? That's way out in the mountains, man. If you want to be home every night you will have a much better chance if you are out of Sacramento or Stockton. Try Oak Harbor Freight Lines, they got a yard in both cities.
