Ride height

    Shop foreman told me the measurement should be taken from bottom of frame rail to the bottom metal part of airbag. Said for my 780 it should be 13 3/4 in. Mine was almost 2 in too high. So I made the adjustment and will see if it smoothed out any

    The top pf youre frame ahould be lined up with the top of youre rear tire you can measure the airbag from bottom to top it should be between 14.5 and 15.5 inches 15 is ideal

    Then mines gonna be to short. :( story of my life lol. He did say that there were two different sizes of frame rail and when he put the template in it he said mine are the bigger size and then gave me the 13 3/4 measurement

    Ive never had to set up two volvos differently doeant matter the model or the year as far back as 99 the ride height is always the same make sure the top of youre rear drive is lined up with the frame and that should be perfect

    15 in. Smoothed out pretty good

    This measurement is for the airbag on the rear drive axle right?

    The drive axle all the wat in the rear make sure the truck is on level ground and its from the top to the bottom of the base of the air ag

    had mine adjusted 3 times then found out the leveling valve was sticking
