I would forget the tax man, the tax preparer and others who can only "advise" you what to do. Go and talk to an accountant who has knowledge on how to shelter, reduce or eliminate some of your tax liabilities properly.

Sir if you can tell me how to make more money in trucking then share it please, but as of right now i doing extremely well to only be driving a truck for 7 months.
Its not about how much you make sir, its about how much you keep, -
no your doing fine,I have no secrets on how to make more unless you just demand more. And by all means do all you can to keep it, but 70k after taxes is about 40-45..and well thats just not much to hide in a swiss bank account...there really are no tricks, scams & shelters for us ...

Honestly my salary isnt capped, 70000 is my base and i have the opportunity to up 110k: providing i never take home time.
I love my job because if i started with one of the big guys @ 30cpm if im lucky then i only can run 10.5 hours a day thats $189/aday, thats slavery, then if im not getting the miles thats a waste of time. I get paid per car not the mile.
Also 70k taxed =51000take home , who cant live on 4000/month IN MY FIRST YEAR OF TRUCKING some driver been doing this over 5 years and dont make that.
