I use Street Atlas 2013 by Delorme running on my 17" screen laptop mounted on a Jotto Desk beside me in truck. I find the little 7" to 9" GPS units useless.

Are any of you fine drivers able to tell me the cheapest way into Manhattan coming from I81 In PA. Avoid most if not all tolls.

 

Gonna pay 1 no matter what u do--so question is what part of Manhatten?? Over GWB if goin to northern end--over outerbridge thru Staten island and bklyn if central to southern end either way ur gonna pay to get outta Jersey--then to leave DEFINITELY back north thru Manhatten and out over GWB so no toll out
