    The rule is 70 hrs in 8 days. On the 8th day, you count your hours to make sure that you haven't gone over 70. After that, starting with the 8th day, you count back 7 days. That 8th day counting back, you cross out. You should now have 7 days to add up. Add those hours and you'll know what you have for the next day. After the next day is over..... repeat the above. Thats recapping.
