Mac 45's are a Joke ... They don't even look at the times or comments most of the time. I am at the point now that I tell them on Phone and free form message what time I will be at Consignee, if they can't reschedule... Then I WILL drop at nearest yard. Too bad, Too sad. I am an O/Op, I have a business to run.

Side Note: The term "Governed Speed" means nothing to my Long Nose Pete ..:biggrin_25523:

the miles are just going down hill... bleh
took my weekend, came back on sunday at noon. picked up a load in la vergne, TN, heading to arlington heights, IL that was scheduled for tuesday morning, i delivered it monday afternoon. next load not until the next morning, a local run so only like 50 miles with the run to the dropyard and then the run to the cosg delivered 11am. that was all I did today. next load tomorrow at 1pm heading to topeka, KS that drops any time on the 13th. so from sunday noon to thurs morning a little over 1k miles >.<

maybe they need to split the fleet up that lost the FM, if they threw all of us on the same manager then im sure hes all kinda overworked, trying to watch and keep track of all those trucks. the first few weeks I usually had a dispatch waiting so when I was done with the current load i could get right back onto the next. now, I wait hours before something shows up

Im having issues but I called chris ravioli. .. I cant remember his last name but his extension is 5714. He cleared things right up. Frank is bad but he has way too many trucks to watch.. so he forgets special request and takes a while to respond. Hopefully our kc fleet and mid west fleet can get dedicated dispatchers soon and get done with all these growing pains.

I'm about to goto Orientation next week, and I've passively looked and observed all the post here about Interstate, and I must say for all you guys complaining about miles, I've seen all your post, and as long as you refuse loads your miles and money may come up short, you get the reputation of being #1 Not a Team player, and #2 Not dependable, you gotta go along to get along sometimes, and I PROMISE I'm here to make money, so every load you refuse will be a potential load for me and I promise I'm gonna take it, so please keep refusing loads I love miles ie; money. This company has a SOLID OWNER in FREIGHT, and a reliable, and dependable money hungry driver bout to hit the road in a green Kenworth (If I should be so lucky) I dont like alot of change and I hope I can retire from this company. I'm in for 20yrs.

the loads are all yours buddy ;)
the past 3 posters on this topic, being me, paloma and dark don't even work here anymore
and the only time I refused loads was when the company that hired me onto their KC regional fleet, and home almost every weekend had me out on the west coast for 3 weeks, no where near the area I was hired to drive, and no where near home so yeah, to each their own ^.^ I came here to try to get back to having a life, which didn't happen, so I moved on
and unless someone turned in their KW, they just got that one batch earlier this year and that was it, but they have (or had) tons of new freight shakers... turned mine in with just under 11k miles

I'm having a good week. 1st run after an OTR 34 is a 1500 mile run with an overnight at home to finish it off. Last run was 1300 miles. Western 11 dry fleet.

Side Note: DOT seems to be ticked off at us. I've had to scale at 4 out of 5 weigh stations in the past 2 days. The 5th was closed.....

yeah, the csa score dropped like crazy, so DOT is pulling you guys in like crazy
I heard, from another driver that used to be there, he sat and spoke with them when they pulled him in for a while, and suggested moving on, since he was an owner op, since they were cracking down on the company... like I said, just something I heard. but when I was running, I liked being here, i just think I got stuck in a situation that a bunch of others also got sucked into when our FM disappeared and then started getting thrown around to different people
safe driving out there! Picked out and packed some pallets to load up into trailers today with the warehouse guys this morning, I'll be heading out for training tomorrow with McLANE, gettin off my butt and humpin some boxes
