Starting Soon at Millis

I don't know how many of you have done this or thought about it, but, here's an idea. When you get your checks (new drivers can do this and students eventually also), divide the amount by the number of hour you used on your 70 clock to get that. This is to somewhat let you know what your ability is equaling to by the hour. Some weeks you will feel bad or not too bad about. Some weeks might just make you cry. Just think though, one day you could get paid by the hour and not have to worry about flat rate or piece work.
