Well being as it is black and has WalMart on it I would say it is a symbol of the Death of the American Worker.

 

maybe it is walmart's test trailer to address their theory of utilizing different configurations inside the trailer in an effort to reduce the amount of their trucks needed to make same amount of deliveries? or they are just moving around all of obama's cronies (nsa, dhs, irs, google, facebook, etc.)
