Well my truck is turned in and I'm on my way home. I have to admit it feels funny not having a job. Seems like I should be making calls and looking for a job!

Picked up in Lufkin.
Drop and Hook, hooked up to Trailer....released brakes.

The Trailer had a substantial Air Leak.
Someone somewhere had tried to fix it, by putting some type of Tape over it.
Wondering if it was a driver or someone else.


Not sure how it even made it there. Pressure wouldn't go over 70psi.

 

there was an article in the trucker magazine that said that the drivers now days are rude and just don't care.so that is why they don't fix the trlrs.their attitude is that its not my job.they've been watching the simpsons to much.we are living in the simpson generation.by the way I did fix the slide on trlr 097.i got an old tooth brush and axle greese and put it on the rails...so take that u simpson generation

 

Got this great Budweiser load all the way to Lincoln.
Wasted all day sitting. Going to sit half the day tommorow.

Picks up at 9a tommorow, they wanted to know If I could be in Lincoln at Noon tommorow.

at Tyson Dakota city ne.picked up trlr 001 and u will never guess what happened next.had to take it back to get some taken off.i new u would be surprised.the thing I don't get is why fre would put a driver threw all this hassle.i've had 2 xlease trlrs this week and had to have something taken off each one of them.i know Tyson isn't liking it

 

Those old trailers need a fire of mysterious origin.......
