Picked up a used trailer, and on the first run noticed that the trailer frame is bent. Dealer who i bought it from is claiming bought AS IS. Gave him a certified check few days ago. Do i have any recourse options or i'm SOL should've done a better job checking it?

Nothing you can do, should have inspected it before buying.

You should have looked at it first. Used means used

if you bought it "as is" then you really dont have any recourse. Most reputable dealers will work something out with you but not all dealers are reputable. Sorry to hear about this.

on the bright side, is not a major deal. You can straighten that frame out no problem. and now you know for next time

The rust around the bend, makes it obvious that it's been there a while
