i would say 90% has been either drop n hook or live load/unload in the last 4 months. i only seam to get a multi stop route once a month or so.

What is the process if you are a recent CDL school graduate and have a CDL A license?

    10 day orientation.

A couple threads below cover this process extensively. Start at the first page.

Saw it thank you. Are the 10 days straight through with training on the weekend?

Short answer is no, long answer is first week it's Monday through Friday 8-5, Saturday and Sunday no classroom time, this is the time you should be watching all the videos, Monday through Wednesday more classroom, Thursday filling out paperwork and assigned your truck, Friday you should be on your way to it.

Well..... this is a first. My truck has been ever reliable, in that she has always made it to a W/S shop for repairs. And, she finally let me down. Currently sitting in a motel room as 2070 was towed into Needles CA today after she lost power and coasted to a halt along I-40. The shop here says I SHOULD be back up and running by tomorrow evening, hopefully the customer understands their load is not going to be on time. (will be 2 days late at this point)
The shop here says its the turbo coupled with something in the ECU.
Bonus side, the Chinese food place here next to the hotel is EXCELLENT! lol. Gotta see the good side I guess.
Since this side lines me for more than 24 hours, I'm going to bug them for breakdown pay. I need every penny I can save right now.
Anyways. time to catch up on my reading.

So did you get the breakdown pay SpiritWolf? Seems like you should have as it was a no brainer?

Just a quick update since the board is back up: WA Slim and I have officially passed! We get our truck assignments tomorrow and figure out how to get to where we need to in order to pick them up. I'll do some more updates here in a bit once things settle down (Who am I kidding...)
