I pull everything from 5axle up to a 10axle double drop pulling 8axle loaded 60000kg running 4.8-5mpg 1 thing I've really noticed is where the truck used to have to work its idling along I mostly run off road in northern Canada not a lot of pavement pounding

You have the newer style pump with the allen head bolt ?
And number 6 lines to 8 means what ? larger soft lines ? or all of them.
Do you run an air dog ? or are you using their kit to reverse fuel flow ?

Yes the newer style pump. Larger high pressure lines drilled all my fittings no air dog though a buddy tried 1 out all we found was high pressure before the pump so I never put one on instead just mde my own fuel line kit

I'd like to put a electric fuel pump on a cat to try and force feed the other pump before both filters to see if it made a differance. Try to get the air outta the system that way. Im betting it would.

That's exactly what the air dog does I never noticed a difference but on my 6.0 ford it was very noticeable. When I rebuild my C-15 I'd like to turn it into a C-16 or even a C-18 I've read its possible

The thing to remember is all the pressure in the world is no good without enough flow (gpm) it would be hard pressed to find an electric pump to keep up with the demand of the gear pump not saying that some one doesn't offer one. A C 15 needs alot more than a 6.0, and keep in mind that a small bump in pressure is a good thing but you can get to much of a good thing so to speak. I think the OP drilling out the fittings and increasing inside line diameter doing away with all the 90 elbows as possible is the ticket, he made more flow to answer a question that was posted.
