And yet you wouldn't call in to his company and report a UNSAFE DRIVER?
I don't care who your are, if your driving unsafely, weaving in / out of lanes, cant maintain speed, tailgating, I will do one of two things, Call the cops, or call the company. It's people like that driver who give the rest of us a bad name, Yet we are to #### scared to call in and make a report. Because we don't we don't want to ratt out some one.
Look at it this way, if you don't call in on a bad driver, and later they are involved in a crash, and then you get a visit from the Police, informing you, your family were killed in a accident that involved that same truck. How would you feel?
If we don't police ourselves, who will ? We don't want the the government doing the policing, yet no one in this industry has the BALLS to stand up and call in on a unsafe driver.

Your completely right. I couldnt tell from the rear who the company was and when I backed off I was far enough back that when I passed him while was on the exit I couldn't read the name. But looking back I should have called the state police. Ya know ....it might not have been texting you do hear about drunk truck drivers too.

Your wrong... Every time a truck weaves or something of that nature you jump on your cell phone and call his mommy? Get real... Drive your truck and get down the road instead of trying to be a hero... Tattle Tailreefer75, poppapump1332 and snowblind Thank this.

True, and I read it was Jeep Cherokee.

I hate hearing that so many innocent lives were lost especially to ignorance, stupidity and neglect. No accident would have more than likely occurred had the driver been paying attention and not so close to the jeep in the first place. I figured another accident was going to happen yesterday when I saw a Red Volvo taking the I-77 exit on the I-64&77 split in WV at full barrel behind a car with about 3 feet between them. If that car had to stop, there would be no skid marks either. The driver didn't have to be that close and it was his fault as the car was taking I-77 as well. More drivers need to make room and if a car cuts in front, back the throttle down until there is room.
