1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

    Hello,

I am a recent CDL-A graduate with endorsements for tanker and double/triple. I do not have a hazmat endorsement as of yet, but I am willing to add it per company requirement. I have a nearly clean MVR (two minor traffic violations in 2009 and 2007), no vehicle accidents since 1994, no drug violations, no refused tests, no arrests and no felonies. I have been in the workforce for several years and I am good at being reliable, compliant, responsible, courteous and conscientious of company, coworker and customer needs.

Presently, I'm looking for local and regional CDL-A driving jobs. I am open to working dry van, refrigerated, bulk, intermodal transport, equipment hauling, dump truck and hostler positions. I do not have any OTR experience. My mother's health situation likely won't allow more travel than local or regional work for at least a year or so. If your company seeks a recent CDL graduate who is mature, has a good attitude and a strong work ethic; I'm happy to apply.

Thank you for your time and consideration. For more information, feel free to PM me.

    mje Thanks this.

I wish you the best of luck in your search for the type of job that you are looking for. Equally, if not more importantly, I do wish your mother the absolute best of recoveries.

Both sadly and unfortunately, both of my parents are deceased. Therefore, I TRULY and GENUINELY wish your mother the absolute best of recoveries.

    Good luck to you.

God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!

Put an application in at a website where you can customize the criteria for your job search. ..jiggyjobs or one like that. Everything you stated can be entered along with where you live and the search engine will find any prospective employers.

    Criminey Jade Thanks this.

Thank you Puckdaddy. I've had a good time coming up with job results. My main gripe is requirements for 1-2 years OTR for jobs that frankly don't need it. I'm also using Indeed.com and several truck job sites. My school is working hard to find stuff too. Some good will come from all this. :)
