Hey guys . I have an WMT interview scheduled for next week. Is there any questions you think I need to prepare myself for? Thanks for any insight you could give. Thanks.

Not really. They will ask you about certain traffic situations, customer service situations, and Hazmat. Just relax, be honest, and don't talk negative about your previous or current employer. Also be early! Brush up on your pre-trip as well. Congrats on the interview and let us know how it goes.

Pre-trip until they are sick of you pre-tripping!!! Sell yourself. Let them know what you can offer Walmart transportation that other interviewees probably can't. Biggest, be honest !!!

Take your time answering questions, doing the Pre-trip & road test. The folks you will meet with are friendly & very professional. I cannot say I wasn't a little nervous myself, but that went away quickly once the interview started. I just thought of the process as talking to friends and became relaxed right away. I really enjoyed the whole process. :)

FYI guys, my orientation is set to start on Tuesday August 27th. Because there will only be 3 of us in the class, it is being shortened from 5 days to 4. :)

Oh wow Tom, get ready for brain overload! :biggrin_2559: The best thing is you will be set up in the Holiday Inn Express in Sealy. Well I guess I will hopefully see you Tuesday or Wednesday morning or Friday that week when I come back to work. That is the week they are doing mandatory work extensions. Have to see how it goes.

Um...thread died. LOL. I'm at a Perkins waiting for my dinner. Little light for loads today (but had a great day to begin with, two stock-transfers to other DC's and a backhaul). Tomorrow is go-home day, then when I come back on Thursday, I work four days then go home so they can work me into the start of my 6/3 program. Very happy about that, especially when some locations have a longer wait for one. So how's it going guys?

As a matter of fact, yes. Been there twice already since I started on my own 3 weeks ago. That where you live I assume?
