    I don't understand. Please explain.

    The forum is forever saying to tell the truth and NOT to omit any information that can crop up on a background check; whether it be criminal, civil, or an MVR.

    I had a bogus reckless charge that I would have fought had I looked at the ticket but didn't because I thought the officer issued me a no parking ticket.Anyway if Central goes back 3 yrs then your cousin is good to go.Some companies wait 5 yrs.You should call central and ask them so you know for sure.
