Anyone know of any female trainers....

Roehl takes females no problem there was a couple in orientation during my last visit to a terminal.

 

My company has a few but you're out of our hiring area. We do have another division inRockwall........ Texas Star Express we just integrated them fully into the company. Don't know if they're taking students yet but since they've been completely merged with Epes now wouldn't hurt to at least talk to a recruiter and ask. It's a pretty good gig if you can get in. Getting in is the hard part. Epes is pretty picky and I'm sure they're transferring those standards to TSE......but if you don't ask you'll never know. Good luck to you.

 

Check out HO Wolding if they don't have a female available you will go out with a male trainer and sleep in hotels at night. There's one trainer that works local in Wisconsin. I was with him and it made a difference. It's easy to drive a straight line down the highway, the local work had me hitting docks a lot, dropping and hooking dealing with traffic etc

 

Yeah they may not be taking students but worth a try anyway. Now that we're all one big happy family and they're part of us now that policy may change as their rules go away and ours are put in place lol you'll find something there's plenty of girls out here.

Have you looked at us express? Alot of girls driving for them. Not the best gig but a place to start and step to something else later.

 

Lady driver's aren't a new thing. If they'll hire you, they'll have a female trainer or put you up in a hotel room for training.

 

I'm with Central Ref. and had a male trainer... Very professional...Not saying all are, but mine was...
