How was the fair? I just got home from the great get together... I thought it was rather crowded for the first day.

Well, after running some numbers, and talking it over with a couple drivers that do show freight, and also talking with Cluck, I have decided to NOT do the NCAA gig. The load was going to encompass 65 days and 6,500 miles and the pay was $21,500 after LS took their cut. That works out to $330 a day, and not counting fuel. I avg $6k a week and sometimes quite a bit more. Therefore I don't think it is a good idea for me to take a cut in pay, especially this close to winter time.

So back to running my arse off as usual..... loading tomorrow for Utah, then who knows where. But I do know I want to get home for Labor Day Weekend since my birthday is the 1st. And then the follwoing weekend I need to be home to help the wife with a fundraiser.

It was good. I couldn't believe how many people were there today.

I'm looking at get a new equipment trailer to pull behind my pickup. Kind of nice when all that stuff is located in one spot to check out.

Well glad you ran the numbers and asked questions.
Better to find out now instead of being in the hole at the end of the project and all you had to show for it was a bunch of used game passes if they even gave you that.

So how soon wil you be switching trls. again.
Send me a PM as I'm starting to take book on this and I need to work the odds in my favor. Haha

I could go for some Lutefisk.

I haven't had any since my grandmother passed away. We had it Christmas day every year.
