Only 40 extra miles and only one or two tolls. I've never taken 30 all the way across.

 

If your goal is to avoid tolls take 94 to exit 42 (or 40) southbend exit....and run 20 across Ohio to Toledo ... Go north on 75 to 280s to route 2 to 90....boom

 

If you want to enter IN on 80 and exit OH on 80 without paying tolls, the best route is 80-94-49-30-69N-469S-30-71-76-80. Close to the same miles as the TR and 4 lane most of the way

 

Are we playing "Price is right rules"? Clasix is down for the 12th. If I want the 10th and he does it on the 11th who wins?

 

That's the route, but I was thinking about taking 30 off of I65.

 

Cpapes route is the way to go at least in my expierence that's how we always go from the Chicago land area

 

Don't do that, unless you like lots of stop lights. Take I94 east to IN49 south, then get on US30.

 

That's easy, I win, because I am picking the 11th.
