Here's one I don't understand. A semi going the wrong way for 10+ miles on a busy highway. Wouldn't you figure it out after the first wave of vehicles has to dodge you?

Semi stopped on railroad tracks at red light as train approaches, so he pushes the vehicle in front of him to get off the tracks :biggrin_25524:
EDMOND, Okla. — A confrontation breaks out at an Edmond stop light, after a semi-truck driver ended up stuck on the tracks of an oncoming train. It happened this morning, at the intersection of Broadway and Covell in north Edmond.

Police say a woman in a pickup was at a red light, with a semi-truck close behind.

Part of the big rig was stopped across the tracks when the lights began blinking and the railroad arms came down.

With nowhere else to go the driver of the semi drove forward and ended up pushing the car in front of him.

Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow says, “He was parked across the tracks, so he actually physically used his semi to move her truck out of the way”

Luckily no one was injured, but the driver of the semi did damage the railroad crossing arms. He was also cited for reckless driving.

Driver arrested after pooping in Pilot shower, trying to run down employees with truck

    Posted: Aug 27, 2013 7:45 AM CST Updated: Aug 27, 2013 4:42 PM CST

GIBSON CO., IN (WFIE) - Tuesday morning around 6:10 A.M., Indiana State Police responded to the Pilot Truck Stop East located at the intersection of U.S. 41 and Warrenton Road.
They were told an altercation occurred between a truck driver and employee.

Police say, according to their investigation, 43-year-old Edward Raber of Sharon, PA, entered the shower facility without paying and allegedly defecated in the shower stall.

An employee approached Raber after noticing what occurred. Raber allegedly shoved the male employee and left the building.

The employee that was shoved and two other employees walked outside and used a camera to take pictures of Raber's 2000 Peterbilt tractor-trailer and its license plate.

Raber got in his vehicle and drove out of the parking lot. Police say within seconds, he re-entered the parking lot and drove directly toward the three employees.

Two employees were able to jump out of the way, but the same employee who was shoved earlier, was struck with the truck's front bumper.

He was knocked to the ground, but refused medical attention.

Raber drove away, southbound on US 41. Around 8:00 A.M., Trooper Aaron Kaucher located Raber's vehicle near I-64 and US 231 where he was arrested without incident.

Raber was taken to the Gibson County Jail where he is currently being held on bond.

Pennsylvania: Speeding driver, yells “Yee-haw”, fights with police in York County

A routine traffic stop reminiscent of the old tv show, “Dukes of Hazzard” ends with a York County man getting into a fight with police. The incident began at about 2:18 am on Monday when an Northern York County Regional Police officer attempted to stop a speeding car on Derry Street. The vehicle was clocked at 83 mph in a 35 mph on Carlisle Road in Dover Township.

When the dark colored Dodger Charger came to a stop, the driver, identified as 25 year old Jacob Slivinski, of West Manchester Township, jumped out and ran away. Slivinski was yelling “Yee-haw” as he ran through several front yards. The pursuing officer finally caught up with Slivinski in a yard near Church Road.

Slivinski did not give up peacefully. He began fighting with the officer and eventually headbutted the officer in the face. The officer eventually overcame Slivinski and held him until additional officers arrived on the scene.
Charges against Slivinski include Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest, Driving under the Influence, Driving while under Suspension and Speeding.
