I'm looking into getting a job in Odessa/Midland. Currently living in Odessa but getting my cdl training back in my hometown. I finish my training this Friday in which hopefully I pass the dps road test. Once I do that, I am gonna take my hazmat test and get my fingerprints taken for the background check. So far I have taken and passed all endorsement tests minus hazmat. I plan on being back in Odessa on Sunday night so I can be up early Monday to apply. My question is, what would be the best companies to go for based on job stability? Money is a factor but job stability is more important to me. Even with less pay per hour, I know I will still make good money because of all the overtime a lot of these companies work. I know about Halliburton, Baker Hughes, and Nabors but looking for others. Thanks in advance for your help
