made it to rapid city sd. 2 hours left on my 70. pick up 9 tomorrow. with any luck. i can drop, head to billings and finish.

here in rapid city. it's still HOT and HUMID. 97 degrees. but the marlins restaurant is 200 feet away. and last time i ate there. was pretty good.

BTW. if anyone is roaming around yellowstone natl park. jess and jj need navigational directions. apparently they forgot how to navigate the west side mountains and thought yellowstone was on the way to tennessee. now they sit with a ticket for being where they don;t belong. :biggrin_2559:

What the hell are you talking about??????? We knew exactly where we were going and it didn't involve a ticket.

I spent 8 hrs at my drop to get offloaded at Sunday. It really sucks they wont release me until they break all the palettes down since I was about 20min from home. Took my trailer to the shop and got an estimate to get the truck fixed at Volvo. I was just cleaning pictures out of my phone and found those. I had snapped them a couple of month back when I was stuck in Traffic on I-5. It just before the Federal Way scale in WA.

It was an interesting way of stacking and securing stuff. I made sure I stayed out of the guys way, because I know my luck and Murphy always seems to be around me somewhere.

What am I doing wrong when posting those pictures? Usually they come in and now it gives a link. Can you guys see them? Oh, I just love technology :biggrin_25510:.
I think the smart phone has been the most frustrating thing I have spent money on in a long time. I am glad I don't carry a fire arm or I would put it up on a fence post and use it for target practice.:biggrin_25511:

So, we have two drops on this load from Fife WA. First, 25 Yamaha outboard engines to Southeastern Freight Lines in Texarkana Arkansas and then a drop in Hot Springs AR. Called SEFL from Montana yesterday and they said they can only accept deliveries form 10 am to 3 pm. We tried REALLY hard to get both drops done today running at 77 mph everywhere we could but could not make Hot Springs before they closed at 4pm. So now we sit at the Prescott AR TA until 6am, will be empty by 8am and then picking up a load to Denver and off for the long weekend. My sons Colorado State vs Colorado football game on Sunday and then packing up the trailer to move US to Chattanooga (all the cool people are moving to Tennessee)
